Your book is amazing! I love the positive, uplifting, empowering messages you are sending out to young girls. It is certainly something they need to hear and take into themselves. I even find myself needing the sense of empowerment and positivity from time to time as an adult! Bravo!

I recently had the privelage of being in the presence of the author, Yvonne, where she was a guest at a seminar I was attending. We had the book read to us (a room full of empowered, fabulous women) and were lining up the instant the book ended, to buy our books and get them signed. It is so important to me, to instill in my children, confidence individuality, as well as the ability to have compassion for others. My girls are still young (5, 3, 2yrs), and this book has come to me at just the right time. It's amazing how girls can be manipulative and mean spirited at such a young age. I want so badly, to give my girls the tools/skills to use in combatting such encounters. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Yvonne! I wasn't able to get the book at my seminar because we ran out of time, but will go out of my way to find it and spread the good word of Daria Rose. Our schools are starting PARP (Parents as Reading Partners) month, and I hope to read it to each of my kid's classes!
